12. A Heart Full of Plight

By OneFiveNine

visceral and true
cordial and ado
pummeling down
a mind left askew

a void left of right
omission accrued

swollen and ripe
timid and disquiet
tumbling down
a heart full of plight

Enjoyed the diction and how the "meat" of the poem tied into the title. Read a few times with an evolving perspective.
