The Night Stalker
By Commander_Cadaver
Slipping into their open window,
The Night Stalker pulls out his .25 caliber pistol
And finds the husband of the couple,
Sleeping next to his wife.
Walking up to the husband, smiling menacingly,
The Night Stalker places the barrel of the pistol
To the skull of the husband and pulls the trigger
Waking up the wife as blood and brain spatter
Covering a small area in red and pink.
Grabbing the wife, The Night Stalker covers her mouth
Stopping her from screaming as he mounts her.
Ripping at her clothes, he beats her with his fist,
Trying to keep her subdued and still.
With her slightly unconscious and laying still,
He pulls his pants down and begins to rape her
Fulfilling every perverted fantasy he could imagine.
As he finishes and pulls his pants up,
He stands over her and fires a round
From his pistol into her head and smiles.
Grabbing a stick of lipstick, he stares at the wall
Above the bed of the dead couple.
Grinning like the mad man he is,
He draws a pentagram on the wall
And above the two upper points of the pentagram,
He writes "JACK THE KNIFE" and drops the lipstick.
Grabbing anything of value, he walks out of the house
And slips into the night, ready to kill again.

The tone of the poem conveys the true horror. Not only are these acts committed but they are committed with ease and no hesitation. You really put across the confidence and lack of remorse evident in the killer. Good write.

Precisely why you should lock your windows!!! haha. Sometimes I feel like when people get murdered it's half their fault. I mean, don't put yourself in a situation to be murdered, and you will probably be fine...Maybe I'm just paranoid. Another riveting write from you. Nice one :)

Haha I know what you mean. Doors and windows have locks on them for a reason and if a serial killer is known to be out and about, lock your shit up. Some people learn the hard way. Thanks for reading and the comment (:

I am a serial killer fanatic and find them morbidly fascinating and know a lot of them and cant seem to remember why that name doesn't ring a bell. Richard Ramirez. I have work to do lol.

I really like this piece! Being the slasher film fanatic that I am, it was really intriguing. Your attention to sensory details was spot on too and I could visualize everything! Hats off to you! If you've ever read Crime and Punishment Dostoevsky would be smiling at your sinister description :)

Did not see this comment here. And yep, Richard Ramirez was a Satanist, even drew a pentagram on his palm when he went to court, smiling as he held it up so they could take a picture of it. He was quite interesting. Glad you liked it.

this is awesome! when I was growing up I remember my mom being terrified and anal about locking everything up. because mr. Ramirez was on the prowl. we lived a half hour from where most of his bad assness took place. great tribute cadaver!

Are we talking Richard Ramirez here? he´+s on deathrow right now, awaiting execution by gaschamber. He pulled their eyes out too (do your homework) and probably drew a pentagram in the victims blood...but what do I know. He also ate a melon and thought ACDC was antichrist demon child...fun times. It was an excellent poem, though..loved it.

Yes, this was about Richard Ramirez. And all the reports I read from articles and books, I never once read that he ripped out the eyes of his victims, he did in fact use lipstick to draw the pentagram and write "Jack the Knife", and he passed away due to natural causes in June, I believe.

Something tells me you'll fit right in. This was pretty violent, not sure if I enjoy it or not. The writing behind it was superb though. Welcome to DP. The masses will collect you.
