Untitled collab with RhymeMeDyslexia

By The Lioness Rampant

moon risen high upon the murky water
kisses like rain upon tempted fates
state of mind a wasted space getting hotter
twisted scorn with words uttered in mindless states

Broken wings of fallen memories.
Face down in eventual abyss.
Almost nothing but blood-drawn melodies.
Falling through the unnoticed slits.

basic needs never met upon soggy soils
forgotten bliss never mind what we know
singing softly to the wind as the skin boils
forget me not for i shall know what we are and what we show

Slipping fingers through grown- into grasses.
Dew dripped with disappointment
Fingers poking holes into eyes of glass.
Searching for a dark place of content

contentment never found but only sorrow
we beg for more but to no avail nothing given in return
spoken words fall from grace as we too are shallow
we speak our minds never to be heard thus turns

Sinking into oceans of temptation.
For substance to fill our aching hearts.
Coughing up water and broken jaws.
Voicing out beauty and having it ripped apart.

Sorrowful and beautiful. The collaboration was flawless. You two were head on with words.
