Faerie Origin

By The Lioness Rampant

death to me
the fire dies
I bleed alive
I shred my own skin

Razorblade romance
I slit my wrist open to reveal
green skin and blue blood
I am not human

I am of Faerie nature
I weild this blade
in the name of something more

I live for the thrill of the kill
and the shrill cries of my own body
my body sheds it's outer layer of skin
I have wings that unfold that are irridecent

I am then shaken awake
only to realize I am at home in my bed
with blood splattered on my sheets
