she sits...
By BrokenAngel
locked in this bare, white room
fluorescent lights glaringly coldly
emotionless, static, empty
sitting eyes open and focused
yet unaware as the time
slowly passes by
hands greying
blue
frozen to the touch
alone and waiting for nothing

This felt stark like waiting to decay with only that to look forward to. I think a lot of people can metaphorically relate to this.

I pictured a girl inside a hospital or doctor's office of some sort, waiting on a diagnosis or to be examined...or maybe I'm 100% incorrect and am just thinking out loud. Either way, I loved it and look forward to more.
