The Call Of The Wind

By Morgoth

Standing ouside before the front of a storm,
Arms outstretched to gather in the wind,
Gaia bringing in her full fury... threatening all before her,
Standing in its path.. winds scream, lightning glares,
The world booms, the ground shakes.
The Elements gathered in the full, ready to unleash,
Hair blasted back, eyes blinded, ears gone,
Mother Earth in her fullest.
The Elements blending together in a chaotic swirl,
The body responds, tensing up,
Trying to containing the chaos but it can't,
The energy spills, runs out of the cup that is already full.
Standing there, ready to take on legions of legend,
Ready to run the breadth of the land,
Ready to climb the highest mountain,
We heed...
The Call Of The Wind.

It was, as if, I were standing beside you through this ferocious whirlwind. I must say, you are quite a realistic writer... And I just so happen to be falling in love with your work. Too soon. Um. Lol Bows- Scholar

I loved this one very much so, I agree with psycho wolf1990, the winds have always carried a more beautiful ferocity than a bright day ever could. I love those days, and let the winter come!

The visuals were stunning, and this perfectly describes the feeling I get in the wind. Don't give me a bright blue sky and sunny day, give me cloudy and furious winds, well done. Scholar
