Root to Ritual

By Thorn

Earth
Life-giving soil
Tilled by his hands
Torment and toil

Tendrils and roots
Impregnate Gaia
Thirsting they feed
Propell ever higher

Stalk
Birth'd from the ground
Broad verdant leaves
Extend around

Twisted limbs
Arms reaching high
The shaman core
Climbs to the sky

Burst
Flowering flow
Towering structure
Prosper and grow

Calyx and hairs
Boast of the might
Radiant crystal
Shines in the light

Ground
Maincolic mass
Shamanic breath
Shamanic pass

Flame
Destructive grace
Shaman expels
Smoke from his face
