After Autumn's Ashes
By Rhys Ki
Eyes are hollowed halls,
Filled with shadows,
-Or moths? -
Fire, and cigarette smoke.
Surrounded by love :
Would have upheld me.
Splintering cold on winter days-
I like to make snow angels.
But, look at that plane...
Bet it goes to heaven.
Terminally cold.
What would it make me
If I told
the wind?
Freezing rain to sweeping cinders.
With the atmosphere ablaze,
Only happy when
Nothing’s left to burn,
Sparks eat the sky.
Something’s being set right…
Somewhere.

Where the hell are all the comments? Simply put, and simply amazing. First 4 lines and last 4 lines make set this piece above the bar. +tpu+
