What do You fight for? (rough draft)

By Thorn

Meditations
On deliberation
Deeply pondering
The strings that hold
Pull
Force
Everything into place

Contemplations
On Omnipotence
Deeply pondering
The hands that said
Cause
Force
The strings to hold and pull

Thoughts of Puppets
Masters
And Strings
Leave the lingering scent
Of sulfur
Paraffin
And Toluene

Clinking bottles of accelerant
Chimes reminiscent
Of bells
Tolling resolution
Revolution
The sounds of our resolve

Dropping nitric acid
With acetone on the rocks
The lives of those we fight for like
So many specks of sawdust
Packed into a box

Ammonia drops and fertilizer bags
Naphthalene and
Oil-soaked rags
Smells like sulfur
Paraffin
And toluene

I like this a lot. It sort of reminds me of Fight Club in a weird way. Very nicely done
