Identity crisis

By freudian-slip

Party perfect social chameleon

snapshot photo

presents almost perfect
except the fact that oozing out insecurities permeable pores

past atrocities illuminate
aura-like

shades of blue and green encircle
a once realistic human soul

True to life half smile
posing
academy award winning actor's cartoon tilted eyes

amateur photo-shop worthy
identity crisis

semi-lifelike

tilt my eyes eagerly to the left
effortless

my visual perception seeks instant escape

anything at that moment would be a relief

staring at her
in your arms
soaked in genuine happiness

becoming a more than tolerable, distracting mind rape

anything to avoid seeing the "real" you
