Bucerias

By Mistress Shadow

And we lay in the sand
searching the stars to the answers in our minds.
Laughter overtakes the sense of guilt
and giggles circle within the air.

The waves whisper none sense with every crash,
which don’t fool the depths of our minds.
We are here, now in the moment in time,
and only for this moment.

Two lost souls, not yearning sleep
nor knowledge nor time.
The sand is the only reality
to the soon lost memory
of this kindred broken moment.

A perfect moment captured. Like the hatter, I absolutely love the notion of gazing at the stars on the beach. These kind of memories keep us going.
