Do you see me?

By RedWolf

do you see me
like I see you
invisible
alone
I am no one
you are everything
shining
burning
but no one sees me
not the real me
fallen
lost
buried within myself
my quiet haven
still alone
always alone
am I still alive
can I still feel
deadened
lifeless
needing to be freed
not wanting to be freed
no one
no one's here
its just me, myself
but nobody's home
empty
nothing
why is no one here
there is only the void
darkness
despair
why can't you see me
the way I can see you

This has some interesting ideas in it. I liked it because it gave me a haunting feel as you expressed word for word what you were going through. :)

Wow, the flow was astounding. Not to mention the sentiment. It is oh too relate-able for me. There's a sense of existential crisis, solitude, but also hope and longing all in one piece. I love it. Thank you for sharing.

Does anyone look at each other the same way. We liked the flow of this piece. Please continue

This felt like a stream of consciousness. It all seemed to flow. Welcome to DP.
