He Wants Her

By TornPaperDoll

He wants to hold her
And call her his own
He wants to talk with her
So he can her sweet tone
He wants to touch her soft hands
That feel just right
And have her be the one he comes home to
Night after night
He wants to touch her lips
Gently with his own
This is how he feels
But what he hasn’t shown
He wants to see if his arms
Will fit perfectly around her
He wants to reach out in her ruin
He wants to be her cure
He feels her when she’s near
And she always makes him smile
He wants to dive in head first
But it’s not really his style
He wants to give her the world
Just like he’s always said
He wants to be so close to her
And share fantasies in bed
He wants every moment they’re together
To last an eternity
He wants to be her knight in shining armor
But he’s scared he’s not meant to be
He wants her so much
It’s almost like he craves her
And he promises he’d be hers
If it wasn’t for the ring on his finger

This was excellent. I loved the ending here too. My husband always talks about "HER" and tells her that if he weren't married he'd be all hers. It kinda makes me wonder. Great write!
