  • "I feel like I just read a summoning of some dark, wise creature, like a king of old. Your mentioning of some characters (broken doll, enraged man) leds me to believe that this a story unraveling, that this piece is the prologue. The piece has a marvelous pace, a clear rhyme, but most of all, a mystique, shadowy, hunting atmosphere. Kept me wondering. Last 4 stanzas have an optimistic turn, as well. Brava!"
