-cold silence has a tendency to, atrophy any since of compassion
between supposed brothers, between supposed lovers-

i know the pieces fit-

We who are of the underbelly, hidden in plain sight, quiet against might, standing stoically into the night. Know exactly what that means and how it feels.

We stand for those who can't
We ignore those who rant
We forgive those who won't
When forced to be we won't

We know who we are
We know we've come so far
We know nothing can stop us
We know what's on top of us

So don't we owe it to ourselves
To unite under a veil
If those who have survived the rain
Can learn to trust again

What in this universe could stop us?

Yes. This inspired me. We owe it to ourselves; that's why we should never break the promises we make to ourselves. Quite repetitive my phrase here, but... *sigh*. You always leave me with this strange, soothing feeling of... hunger. Hunger to create.

Once again, humbling me with praise.

Learn, once again to trust a friend Use experience to measure truth Use intuition to see beyond the roof Then hand with hand build towards a better land
