Yet Another Eon Cycle
By Flying indigo express
The sun rose on the eastern shores
But only the sand witnessed the tide
When it set upon the mountains west
A thousand species had died
Rain as in the epic days
And now the deserts bloomed
Fired spewed forth from earth's core
And the beautiful mountains renewed
The day that saw drawing of the four
Was deceptively incredibly beautiful
Oh children play in the fields today
For tomorrow, they are no more.

This carries an incredible message, time is just so ruthless... I enjoyed it, thank you.
