  • "As I've said before, I didn't want to think you were doing this. I hope all is well now, well for at least one of us anyway. And as always, beautiful poems! And I'll still hold everything you've written down if you want me too. *hugs*"

  • "First off, your poems title caught my attention because the same sentence can be found in Dishwalla's song "Counting Blue Cars. lol. Secondly, I love your take on this subject matter. Some seek something greater than themselves to learn from, others seek something greater than them for protection, and others capitalize on that need with cruel intent, or pure guidance. Science in a sense is the same, but more for the simple sake of understanding. Both clash, but both can't explain everything. However, science wins a vote from me, because its relentless in finding truth. Religion just kinda stops where it is when it has enough backers, regardless of what fallacies it entertains.... lol Don't mind me. I'm just an agnostic thinker. XD Great philosophical piece! ;D"

  • "Thanks very much, Tagen! You make very great comments to my work, and once again I am flattered! ^_^ Everything you've mentioned is exactly what the poem means, but it also loosely refers to a sort of new insight one encounters in such. I'm sure whatever you write in response to this poem will be brilliant! You have excellent works on here as well! :D"

  • "Thanks for the wonderful comment! I am both surprised and pleased that my poem has made you feel so deeply. All I can say is that this poem is the result of pinning away for unrequited love, and reading a lot of Middle Eastern poetry. Around this time I was reading a lot of poems from Rumi (as well as others) and a lot of it inspired me a great deal. Thank you again! ^_^ "

  • "I love this poem! The narrator isn't very optimistic, yet they dismissed what was troubling them, but only until their thoughts were proven to be true. Nice poem!"
