A Dreamer's Wish

By wandering druid

In grayer days and sadder ways
I have thought about a brighter land
With mists and snows and summer glows
And magick wreathed in every hand

Forests spire and rolling hills
Bedeck an living green expanse
Save for winter days and nights
Pristine whites in folds advance
Crystalising trees and stones
A diamond coating at first glance

Thoughts and Will mingle
To make this reality unfold
Land of peace and dreams delights
In impossible scenes and coloured lights
And sights set on peculiar things
Find their goals not out of reach
And often as not a casual want
Is simply a matter of Occult speech

Silence and acceptance blooms
Though fear and hatred fester too
And though one day magick might
war against magick
Such a day will not come soon

A dreamer's land
And a dreamer's wish
To live away from all this hate
And to hope beyond
Any hope to
Find the long-awaited gate

This is wondrous & grand. I feel like Michelle, it blows away any Eutopia I coulda thought of... Magically woven in complex beauty. *Claps* Julia~
