trichloromethane kisses

By Sky Singer

lying in the

sickening-sweet

silence

of your arms

i am aimless.

your touch

burns my soul

to the third

degree,

and all i can do

is laugh

with you

as i breathe the

chloroform

that you

exhale

I like the short-lined, double-spaced style you often write with, it's very easy and light to read, and it allows for your heavy content to show through. This poem hasn't had a tenth of the attention it deserves - great job.
