Concubine
By Linwe
Twinkling little eyes
Oh so scraed to see
All the pretty lies
Of what I'll never be
A masquerade for covering myself
My face full of chemical dirt
So no one sees what is real
And fake to act so self-assured
Gold-coloured rings in my ears
Prefering wine to cheaper beers
Winking at every guy around
Forcing all dignity into the ground
Put up a look that calls for sex
Anyone will do, as long as it's for me
You know, I'll even do my ex
He's worth no more than that
It seems so easy just to be
A little bit slutty sometimes
But that's just not who I am
All I can is act sublime
Even though my skirt is short
Don't try to take away what's mine
Or I will keep all that's yours
..Don't take me for a concubine
