The ten hour itch.
By Dr Benway
Desolation rings through the silence,
picking, scratching, burning,
a sickness with no illness,
confessions without sin.
Ten hours, only ten hours...
An ecstasy so glorious,
a greed, with no pity,
innocence lost, and regained
if only for a time,
will it be this time?
Ten hours, only ten hours...

very compounded...unveiling yet not entirely...the words within this can be attatched to a lot of things in my head, past experience etc. and i do relate...'a sickness with no illness'...*perfecto*

I know what you speak of...in a different chemical form...I think this is my favorite by you so far. I love poems that are written straight from the soul to the paper...

this is so well worded, it made me curious. it doesnt really reveal too much but it means that you can translate it into your own thoughts
