my silent questions

By void

my dearest and my truest love,
why am I alone?
I thought you were supposed to care.
I thought you would always be there.
Why do I cry every night,
but when around you pretend I'm alright?
Why do you believe me
when I tell you I am fine?
Why can't I bring myself to say
you caused this pain of mine?
