My Confession

By Deadly Embrace

What would you say,
If my heart began to crumble,
Never to be seen again,
Lifeless and broken along the ground,
Desolate..
Time standing still,
Only to capture the moment
Of my world shattering before,
My hand's that shall never touch,
What I've become to love,
Emptiness..
It could have been better,
I could have kissed the hands,
Of pure bliss..
Fallen deep within this void,
Yet, the answers are so unclear,
For the tears..
Leave only miles to walk,
Miles unto you..
I know this is a poor excuse,
Only my confessions, my pleas,
Laying empty and broken at your feet,
I shed another tear,
A tear of utter failure...
