Paradox

By mysticventures

How insignificant my life must be to the spirit

How petty my fears and desires

How paultry my service

In the great scheme of things I am not even worthy of representation

Yet still -

I exist

I am nothing

And everything

Isn't it interesting how each of us is both nothing and everything, yet religious people think it necessary to invent a separate self - a "God" - to embody this idea? For some reason, people can't accept the unity of the universe...
