This motivational aknolwdgement.
And I do believe
I'm happy to see
That you were inspired by me.
Was it my propensity to keep going
That captivated your emotions?
Does my super human resolve
Help you deal with your problems?
Honestly,
I'm honored to be bestowed
With this coveted compliment.
Though, I'd rather like to know
Why I was chosen to be
So inspiring.
It isn't free.
The cost of these motivations falls on me.
Expensively paid for by this ravaged body.
Your inspiration is my desperation,
So please keep that in consideration.
If I could I would
Trade this gift I give you
With a gift to myself.
The oppurtunity to be well,
And to regain my health.
However, that gift is a wish
Covered in futility.
But I do believe
I'm happy to see
That you were inspired by me.
