Let Me Let You Go Or You Should Drown

By RoseTheBrokenHearted

You've let me go,
but you won't let me let you go.
By holding onto my belongings,
It seems you've forgotten,
just how you've wronged me.
Don't take this the wrong way,
but take it any way that you need.
Let go of your hold on me,
So that I may get off of my knees.
Need I remind you,
that you tore away my hope?
Or do you remember,
how you left me hanging on that tightrope?
You left me to stumble.
You left me to fumble.
but more importantly,
You waited for my life to crumble
before me
Then like the coward you are,
like the coward you came to be;
You tried faulting me.
