Saviorwrath

By Ortolan

The purest power of love-hate inside
it's something that they try to hide
but I don't want to know you this time
rip off your mask, show your evil, and die

Vitriol building up poisoning bile
what I have witnessed is something vile
all of the crawling, the grovelling grief
shallow and stupid, the way that you seek

Witness around us the modern cage
ruining humans, it's hard biting rage
behold the gathering of the ill ones
send them all hurtling into the sun

Please, just one last request, force them to live
let all the worst of us feel the most pain
just one desire, the vengeance to kill
I cannot touch them, but my shadow will

You'll never know just when
deaf to weapons humming
You're late before it began
I am the Second Coming
