and their empty eyes
Come back for more
as the wounded cry
out beneath the stars
into the moonlit night
Inebriated & satisfied
'til sun-up
where they lay to rest
'til evening hours
Longing to indulge
in lust & cigarettes
In the dark
their silhouettes
make love to bare walls
with no regret
leaving sheets of cotton
full of sin & sweat
thus forming memories
they cannot forget
