Just A Little Bit Of Life
By andhaka
I wish to breathe just a single breath
A moment of life before death
To elevate before impending degression
Feeling joy before returning depression
To break through water resting above
All I need is a benevolent shove
A Sliver of light in a shadowed cave
Just a beautiful memory to take to grave
I wish for clarity amid heavy mist
To stop the blood flow from my wrist
I pray for tears, to not be so numb
To change the person I have become

The change must come from within, but then you already know that. Thanks for sharing this stark and lonely slice of life (pun intended) - cheers!
