The Cycle of Life and Death

By brokensme

Sun rise
Fire in the sky
The globe of life
Warms the planes

Noon
Its so hot our bodys get weak
This inferno boils our skin
But it still warms our souls within

Sun set
Its time to leave the pool after getting wet
It is getting cooler
We still hold the warmth

Moon rise
Family and friends start to say goodbye
Children start to sleep
As the lonely begin to weep

Midnight
Darkness fills our sight
Lovers will love
Others will fight

The cycle of life
Rotates like the sun
We hold on
But never carry on

The cycle of death
Rotates like mother moon
We let go
But become free
