The Forgotten Realm

By Quietus

The forgotten realm

Beyond where the human eye can see

Where colors that you’ve never even imagined linger

And creatures so extraordinarily beautiful wonder

And A queen?

No, a Goddess sits upon her throne

With her golden hair elegantly atop her head

And her vivid green eyes sparkle in my direction

My feet seem to move by themselves

Towards her

The most stunning being I have ever come across

And the whole world seems to shift

Glistening colors fortify the air

And she speaks to me softly of words I don’t understand

Until finally her lyrical voice fills my lucid ears

abstract but good. imaginitive and noot like most of the self pitiful stuff on here. thank you for being original. interesting description of the word shifting. the picture much reminded me of Galadriel form Lord of the Rings. what with the blond hair, musical voice, hidden realm, beauty, diety ish attributes, and such... Write on!
