It's said the more your heart beats the shorter you live...
If so then I'll die young.
Every time I see you, think of you, feel you, my heart bursts into a rapid fire.
Beating the stacatto of the love struck.
My mind erupts into music and a grin spreads across my face.
My reason going fuzzy,
I can't think but one thought...
Is this what it feels like?

Wanting to hold your hand, hold you tight and never leave.
I ache all over, my heart aches and I hurt on the inside all over.
I'm as high strung as a wire ready to spring at your slightest command.
When you speak all goes silent except for you,
When you look at me, you're all I can see...
Is this what Love is like?

My world and the universe spin around your beautiful figure.
When you're happy the day is as bright as the sun.
When you're down, it's the neverending night.
Spending all the money I don't have, giving you roses.
Brushing the hair out of your face, kissing your nose, I'm in ectasy.
You're all I need and I wonder...

Such an endearing write towards love. It's nice to see love portrayed in such a brilliant light once in a while on this sight. I believe the feeling of love is different for all of us. There's no exact way to describe it and not taint its essence. I've tried so hard to describe the feeling myself in words but it just doesn't seem right.
