i hate you as much as i hate myself

By SourInnocence

I hate myself and I hate you
for loving me the way you do
I wish that I could break your heart.
Take you for granted and tear you apart.
Use you when I see fit,
Then toss you away like shit.
I wish that I could make you believe
All the lies that made me naïve
But I can’t hurt you anymore than when I walk away.
And I know it’ll start over, with someone else today.
I wish I could be greedy,
While your vulnerable and needy.
Use you to get satisfaction,
Become just one more distraction.
I wish that I could make you feel the way I do,
Make you hate me as much as I hate you.
