Pinnochio (When You're Real)
By Disassembly Boy
Your mouth divides
separated by lines
Every time you speak
something inside of me dies
Pulling strings
you're on the wire
Don't look down
you fucking liar
Your painted face
Never looked so expressionless
In this sideshow
In this circus
The lights are dimming
The music's loud
It's time to start
and face the crowd
So do your marionette dance
in all the sorrow
It's just an act
you'll burn tomorrow
And you can't stop
your nose from growing
If you keep them all from knowing
the truth
So carve a heart into your chest
but it wont beat without the rest
Just keep on cutting until you feel
I'll believe you when you're real.
