I Still Remember

By xX pretty vacant Xx

i still remember
when you said you'd be there forever
and i still remember
when they told me you were gone
and i still remember
seeing all those cuts and bruises
and i still remember
long ago when there were none

and i still remember
when you'd smile and life was perfect
and i still remember
when my whole existance was you
and i still remember
when you told me you wished you were dead
and i still remember
when you made that wish come true

and i still remember
when you'd say not to wreck my eyeliner
and i still remember
when it ran with all the tears
and i still remember
when you weren't there to stop them
and i still remember
me wishing that you were still here

and i still remember
how much it hurt you to smile
and i still remember
how you'd kiss away the pain
and i still remember
when you ran out of kisses
and i still remember
everything fading to grey

and i still remember
when you promised me you'd be there
and i still remember
but i guess that i dont care
and i still remember
when perfection turned to a wreck
and i still remember
but i think i'd sooner forget...
