sacred ground

By molock

just another solider,
tryin' to get back
home.
but tonight,
i have to defend
this garden of
stone.
this sacred ground,
has claimed its dead.
one hundred thousand
solders,
...laid to rest.
as i defend this place,
i can hear their dyin'
breaths...

fightin' for my life,
fightin' for the dead.
fightin' for freedom,
...from the tyranny
of evil men.

in the name of Hades,
i command the bones
of the wicked to rise.
grant me sovereignty,
...from these bullets
flying by.
kill or be killed,
...who's gonna die
tonight?

fightin' for my life,
fightin' or the dead.
fightin' for freedom,
...from the tyranny
of evil men.

last night i cast my
soul,
...in to a river of blood.
salvation made me
whole,
with this smokin' gun...

guess lady luck is at
my side,
but the angel of death,
...is in control of my
mind.

fightin' for my life,
fightin' for the dead.
fightin' for freedom,
...from the tyranny
of evil men.
