"think of it this way- i loved the boy i met in Massachusetts. i adored him. i would bleed for him. this boy i met in California... apparently the "real" him... well, i'm not particularly fond of him. ::shrug:: it is what it is."

"i don't mind someone i love loving multiple people. i just need reassurance. Isaac has multiple partners and yet i feel totally pampered by him. i honestly wouldn't know if he didn't tell me. it's lovely. :) when it works... it really works!"

"a huge part of this is that my sex with my Dom is intimate... we aren't in love... it's also not "just sex"... there's a connection. it's powerful... but it's not love, by any means. i wanted to give that a name."

"::grins:: that's what inspired me, actually. this isn't directed at you at all- i just feel, strongly, that people forget part of the equation when they think of such things... and that they might want to consider intimacy in their negotiations. :D"

"it wasn't taking chances... it was paranoia ::laughs:: i'm on the pill, i just don't take the sugar pills, to prevent the horrid cramps i get with my period... so i don't get my period... and once in a while i freak out about it. :)"
