My bestfriend, my love, my life, used to hate when I did this to him. I traced every scar, every night, and would try to kiss away the pain, or apologized, because those had been every time, he ever needed someone to hold him, and I never could have been there for him.
I'm as much here for him as I have ever been, as he is for me, even if it is not how I wish it to be. Nicely portrayed, fellow poet. I am looking forward to seeing more of your pieces :) "
