Three times

I see your face almost every night in my nighmares.
I keep saying "NO!"
You keep telling me it is ok.
Still, I say, "NO!"
Two hours go by of this.

Finally you overpower me,
I try to keep fighting. ...
But after two hours I am so weak.
I fear for my life.
So I finally just give in.

Three times you do what you want.
Three times I have to endure pain.
Three times against my will.
Three times you woke me up.
Three times...three times you did this to me

And yet, in the morning,
I had to pretend everything was alright.
Wanting to shower and throw up,
But knowing I could not shower
Or I would lose all evidence

I was so stupid!
I went home and washed my clothes.
Maybe if I had kept them you would be gone.
Maybe you would be in jail.
Not where you could do it to someone else

Why don't the cops take it serious?
Why don't they believe me?
Why did I have to go through 6 hours in the hospital?
Why did I have to tell the story so many times?
FOR NOTHING TO HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
