  • "This is so beautiful and honest. It's true the media has set these ideals of beauty in people's minds. Fat, skinny, tall, short these things should not matter but sadly they do. Very touching piece. I loved it. "

  • "Everybody wants their 15 minutes TGS and it was way cool to say her face covered her hands (in contrast to the oldsters). Most perceptive and speaks volumes to me, thanks!"

  • "Ha! That's all it boils down to, isn't it? With or without a god we choose alone. With or without a god we make mistakes or successes. We raise a child well or don't, and they, in return, make mistakes and successes which shape their own realities. Ultimately we walk alone. "

  • "Everyone needs to play their part and put in a little effort, or it really is all pointless. Great read, much enjoyed."

  • "There is wisdom in silence and sometimes we need a reassurance that may never come, yet we linger in false hope. Good luck TGS, cheers!"

  • "This is simply, also intricately put. You're bitter but you do not let it consume you. This is beautiful and honest and I love it."

  • "i've only felt that feeling a couple of times, but to me it feels like too much time wasted. It is exhilarating in the sense that it accompanies the realization that it's no longer necessary to continue something that's broken. And, later, the lessons gleaned from each experience add towards a further understanding of self and what is needed...but i hate that feeling. Like i've been blind the whole time. Like i'm going to feel jaded for awhile until it passes. Aptly penned."

  • "There's something young yet older than your years in your words. You could be any age. There's a silent witness in you, some part that feels every single shift in emotion, every refraction the wind exchanges with water. You harness change and harbour it within, picking the most intrinsic parts of it to write. Everything is so serious with you. i like that."
