"I noticed this poem because my name is also Amanda. Have you ever thought about what are parents name us? Sometimes, I wish we could name ourselves. Amanda..."Lovable, worthy of love..." How very inappropriate that name seems for me. Amaya is much more suitable. In Japanese, it means "night/dark rain," which suits me much better. Even the Spanish meaning of "high place" is better suited, for I love high places. I love imagining that, if I jumped, I could soar through the sky and be free... *sigh* Sorry, I went off on a tangent. I really liked the poem. It could just use a bit of cleaning up. Minor mistakes, ya know? Keep up the good work."
