- "I wasn't sure what to expect but this did not disappoint. Your choice of words really worked for me. Very unique. The ending hinted at doom to follow. Nicely crafted :)"

- "I enjoyed the medieval tone to this (and many of your works). You use beautiful words to describe and bring to life your story. Well done my friend! =)"

- "The description is wonderful and it definitely gives you an idea of what you yourself was seeing when you were writing. Well done. --David--"

- "it's interesting to me only as a theme; morbid, dark and bordering on the 'Horror' poem...but I like more surrealism and unusual imagery in my work of this nature and I don't feel this personally brings anything new to the table. That's fine - I only offer an opinion, it's generally how I feel about poetry of this nature and I find a lot of it very similiar and sadly very poor, very stilted. I like something that grips me fresh and although this isn't hackeneyed, it just doesn't quite engage me like I hoped, I actually find in many cases your titles better than the actual poems, and that's a shame and I don't type it to be personal or offensive, just honest because I think you have the ability to branch out and take it somewhere special, it's just not quite there yet, for me. - "there is an eerie quality to your writes that I look forward to...always that apocalyptical sense of foreboding.this piece was no exception.I love the hesitation at the end. hell, even the lines themselves form an orb-like shape; just need the red font for good measure ;)"
