"ENGRAM"

By Grim_Sorrow

Its been long since far from
and far past remembering
my failed attempts at fortuity
this idiom of instance
lost to wisdom
ever reminiscent
of this
my happenstance significance
this pericarpial existence
now consuming what little will remains
despite ones mindless impotence
of knowledge
quip
and mot
negating instance and idiocy
this inspiration I use to seek so desperately
left to decay
no way
to put ink to paper
pain to pen
past to present
fuck it
no more risks
less I risk destitution
no more reverie
less I embrace such delusions
and no more me
less I find some redeeming solution
I've failed
fallen
forgotten
what is life without reason
this self realization
the life I’ve lived
Loved
lost
what does one do when he realizes he's useless

hopeless

when words fail and purpose peaks

what then my friends

what then

This made me feel small and powerless. The ending is great. A surrender exists in this piece. --Jes
