Harsh Reality

By rainbowgoth

The world is a strange desolate place
Yet is is wandered by many
They walk as if in a trance
They listen to the voices on the radio
T.V. is a god to them
One they can turn on and off
Religion is not some program
On the radio or t.v.
That you can tune out whenever you wish
This world is so fucked up
Those who claim to be righteous
Turn out to be the worst sinners of all
Don't worry
Your day will come
The judgment that you have been speaking of
Is closer than you think
It will come when you least expect it
You will be forced to repent
You will suffer for your stupidity
You can pray to your god
But he won't save you

Not to sure if that will be the outcome...but seems fitting. The harm and lack of compassion, even interfernce and condemnation from the zealot is atrocious.
