Never trust the smile of a stranger

By BroKen-GlaSSHeArT

good intentions lacertae on
malicious predator smiles bidding you welcome
welcome to the rest of your life
(death of a good man is a damn shame)
in a place where death is the sweetest flower of them all
becase we are all fucked in the end

apprehension held my hand as i
was lulled into the sleep of the spineless
rendered young by the all knowing gaze
and a splash of warm milk

i found that the greatest delight
is the painting tears on clown faces
oblivious to the depth of a shadow
(large enough to swallow a man whole)

we rang death's door and fled
laughing like serial killers who
just hit the self distruct button
tripping on the sick pleasure
of playing god

like lightning through black night
i could snap these veins in two
if i could only see straight
(depth perception of a twisted mind)

rotting sweetly on mossy headstones
(granite angels never cry)
roses bloom in the full chorus of
sirens before the apocaplypse

vision is a hazy fog of
pretty girls with sharp knives
and the bitter after taste of childhood fantasy
blood of fairys paints jaded eyes dead

my hands creep across
the shiver of your paranoia
making you jump at
the sound of my dead calm
in the middle of a frammilar funeral

you don't trust a man who
doesn't cry(doesn't bleed)
becuase indifference can be a powerful weapon
if you contain your pulse long enough
to fool the masses

i am the honest liar
the theif of always who
knows your fear with a sick grin
and maybe even entertains the fantasy
of functional nerves

pink carpets left bloody footprints
(i will admit i enjoyed it)
and i erase my scent
not without a nostalgic sigh
at the waste of her beautiful pleas for mercy

she cried herself to sleep for the last time.
