Memory remains
By BroKen-GlaSSHeArT
God willing I may just find;
A reason to breathe.
Or maybe I won't...
-the vipers prophesy
Promises a poison
Sweeter than death.
Scent lingers;
A taunting breeze
- brings your pheromone feast
To my twitching nose
Starved for intimacy
Skin aching to be touched.
Neglected in the eyes;
That once swore love
-and now look the other way
Or perhaps right through me?
Rendering me invisible,
And erasing my very matter.
Ravage my morals;
And leave me shameless
Stripped of pride
-covered in your longing gaze,
That strokes my body
With rampant need.
Finding the truth;
hits harder than goodbye,
Even when
.. You were never really there
The visions waver;
In my moment of doubt.
Give it to me rough;
Let morning show
Bruises that
-kiss my wounded ego
In violent shades of affection,
where pain becomes pleasure...
Ink seeping off;
Felt tip markers;
Coloring me commie red
..for your
-divine amusement,
In the late afternoon.
Render me hopeless;
Under the pull of
-your throbbing demand
Taking without giving,
A single doubt.
- that I'm still good for
'You know what'.
Memory remains;
My only comfort.
And my shadow
-made of every demon
that dogs my heels
is the only one who knows me.

sexy, lost. Dark. I can feel the primitive seduction and desires in this poem.
