Laden Rain
By Spiritus_Frumenti
They say a man has choices,
But what can be said
When one has to choose between gray or black
As if the contrast is vast
Or
Overwhelming?
They say we are here to love,
But what can be said
When it is love that destroys us
As if passion cannot consume
Or
Devour?
They say life ends to only those who die
But what can be said
When in every breath life is taken away
As if they are so different from each other
As if the pains from our souls do not matter....?

"As if the pains from our souls do not matter....?" Beautifully written & realized; nicely arranged. It is gray & black w/ Laden Rain, and we are all in between... well done.

I am deeply touched...your words cut deep to the bone, and i would weep if i were that much stronger a man...Love only destroys if it is not truly love methinks...true love conquers all...perhaps even the dark, i know not...
