this is where our story ends
and two hearts break again
i thought that i could fight this out
but my uncertainty has gotten
the best of me
this is it...
this is where my tears won't stop
and e'ry thought drifts back to you
i thought the swirling smoke of inscence
would easy my weary soul
but its subtle scent only further reminds
me of you
this is it...
this is where i say good night
and new regrets are made
i thought i was ok with this but
my heart has flooded my head with the
memories of us
but this is it...
this is the tragic ending to our short story
this is where i'm letting go
and two hearts break again
