vox populi

By Exodus

Sell out-

And settle for broken

staring at the sun.
You never answered.

And you are surrounded.

::set my people free::

And we live to die.

Woken up from our dreams.
Crushed beneathe the snow

A breathe of sudden obsurdity
We know the insane games you play.

I never followed the rules.

I loved living off the edge

while everyone laughed in my face
and followed you inside the lines

Closed mind.
Never seeing the world
For what it really was

And so they see me as
the troubled youth.

but they dont know.
I out smart them

I dance circles around
the politics
and i sing the teen angst athems
of suicide and death.

I identify with the fallen angel.

she cries for the same reasons.

And so we fall under the sky
of a spill season.

-always to be continued, a cry for eyes of truth never ending-

So true. You're one damn talented girl. I'm fuckin' sick of these conformists treating us like shit, where would they be if not for us, and how is it they see themselves as so much better?!

Okay, when the hell did you learn Latin? And "i dance circles around/ the politics/ and i sing the teen angst anthems/ of suicide and death" speaks volumes of self-awareness... Socrates would love you ("The unexamined life is not worth living").
