This world is something Im no longer willing or capable of comprehending.....

So tired of the lie of "I'm fine" to keep up my superficial presentation.....

Fake it to I make it .... Well I've faked it for so long I don't know what's real I'm 32 and still never "made it"

Lost all understanding of reality...
Do you know what it's like to have your own thoughts doubt me...

But can't break down others see it as weakness and mark you as prey....

Survival of the fittest but I pray..
